I'm looking into rent/leasing a shop, i found one in Byron , thats not too expensive, and is 1000sq Ft. Has Two, 16 car Garage doors. It is heated, has 220 power. And is in the middl eof bumble fuck. But it is SAFE. It would be just under an hour drive from my place, i dunno if i want to drive that far yet. I'm still trying to get into a place here in new berlin, that comes with a lift, internet, and extra fenced parking outside.

Yes, I would pay for it, but it is not a shop like all of you are thinking. It is a Hobbie Shop. 25'x40'. Concrete floors, insulated, 220 power, Pretty basic. Basicaly it is empty building that I can store and work on my cars in.

It is nicely hidden away from the street, and Looks like it is: 27'x50' All steel with insulation, concrete floors and overhead halogen lights. 12x14'high steel door with 20'ceilings includes 3 permanent outdoor parking spots for your trucks or trailers

Well it gets pricer, the bigger you go, but this is about $600 a month. I wanted a bigger place but they where going for about $1,200-$1,400 a month.

He said he would run 220 power for me, and gave the ok it install an above ground lift. Haha i could setup this place as a REAL shop.

Standard 110-120 is already currenty installed, but most of my Power tools are pneumatic. And the 220 is for the compresser and the welder.
