One cools oil, the other cools your intake charge on a vehicle that uses forced induction. Now some OEM intercoolers and often radiators have separate plumbing on them that house an oil cooler, but thats just more heat soak to deal with. Oil coolers are usually pretty small compared to your intercooler, about the size of you're average hardcover book.
If your car doesn't have an oil cooler (which I'm almost certain your FD does), you can buy a fitting the goes between your oil filter and lets you plumb it in for about 35-40 bucks.

My FD has 2 oil coolers (from the factory) lol
I want my new turbos to stay cool which is why I am asking this. Thanks!

Seatrab makes great oil coolers, I have seen a few fuel coolers used pre oil cooolers for added safety mounted on the fame rail in the engine bay. Or do what I did, spend 20 bones for a ford foucs transmission cooler (24X5x2 twin row) and mount it right above the bumper opening at a 90 degree angle. The Fd difuser should direct air through the cooler and covers less area then mounting the cooler flush with the radiator. I love the old hakasuka mount oil coolers and that is why mine is mounted at a 45 degree angle behind my bumper opening and it adds almost an extra quart of oil

the problem with the FD intercoolers is that there behind the radiator causeing them go be "cooled" by warm air....i personaly would run a front mount and upgrade the rad at the same time....but thats just what i do hehehe

I think I'm going to buy a griffan radiator. its not bad for a 5 row, all aluminum. 22X19X3 . About $250. I just got to fab up all the mounts, but i think granny's makes a bolt on kit.
