Why is it that poeple buy the $150 China made turbo over the $800 brand name turbo?
My 2cents: I have seen a cars make good power both ways but I think the brand name has better quailty parts... does anyone have any thoughts on this?

cheap china turbo is a 50/50 chance that you won't blow it up and send scrapes of metal into your motor. nice quality turbo = Happy boosting.
Most people dont know what happens and are too cheap to do it right the fisrt time.

Shell out for the real thing. You can find them used on ebay or forums. Make sure they have the paperwork and that it is the real thing.
